Technical Manager, Textron Specialized Vehicles
Ganesh leads the Engineering group for Textron Specialized Vehicles(TSV). He is responsible for the Product Engineering activity at TSV TIPL which includes design and development of subsystems and technical manuals of vehicles for various product segments like Golf, Off-Road, Utility and Ground Support Equipment. Joined in 2006 as Engineer Design he has taken on various leadership roles before starting at TSV at Textron India in 2012. He is an active leadership member in TIPL .
Prior to joining Textron Specialized Vehicles, Ganesh worked at Tata Johnson Controls as a Member Engineer where he led the group for automotive seating systems. Ganesh was instrumental in developing business relation with Yang-Fang Johnson Controls supporting many seating programs from India. He was a key member in setting the team for supporting the designs of plastic parts for various models of the seating system.
Ganesh earned an associate degree in Tool Engineering, specialization in Injection mold, Press Tool Design and Manufacturing. He has total 16 years of post qualification experience in the field of product engineering. He is a Textron Six Sigma Certified Green Belt.
