Hemanth Manchanahalli, currently Sr. Manager-Operations for Kautex TIPL is responsible in leading the business strategy for Kautex TIPL in terms of growth and planning to seek synergies with Kautex business goals and objectives which can be supported by TIPL. He brings strong leadership abilities and effectively manages the overall Kautex TIPL organization and as part of Textron India Leadership Team, he's responsible for contributing to improving operational management systems and organizational development.
Having over 124 years of experience in the field of Operations, Engineering, IT and Business Development in Automotive and Aerospace industries, Hemanth joined the Textron India family in 2004 for Kautex as a PLM Trainer, Asia.
End of 2011, Hemanth moved to Bell Helicopters in TIPL to lead the Engineering Operations for Bell India. He was instrumental in building and driving the PLM team supporting the Business System Modernization (BSM) activities for Bell India. In March 2015, he returned to Kautex in India as Manager-IT to manage the growth, strategy and bridge between TIPL IT developers and various functional managers at Kautex and then took over as the Operations-Manager for Kautex, TIPL effective January 2016.
Hemanth holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Bangalore University, India and Masters in Automotive Engineering from BITS Pilani, India.
Hemanth is an avid globe trotter, enjoys motorcycling and hiking in the Himalyayas and exploring wildlife. He understands cross-cultural sensitivity across the world.
