Pankaj Kaushik

Pankaj Kaushik is the Director Business Development and is responsible for India Operations. Pankaj joined Textron Systems in Oct 2011 and moved to the corporate position of Director Business Development in Oct 2014. Pankaj is also responsible for handling Offsets for Weapon and Sensor systems in India.
Since Oct 2011, Pankaj has been instrumental in creating and developing several new business opportunities for Textron Systems and other BUs in India. He is also actively engaged in formulating the penetrative strategy for new Textron Businesses in India.
Prior to joining Textron, Pankaj served 20 years in the Indian Navy. He specialized in ‘Weapons and Sensors’ and served on several Indian Naval ships and training billets in various capacities.
Pankaj served for more than 05 years at a premium procurement directorate at Naval Headquarters in New Delhi where he was responsible for implementing the Long Term Integrated Perspective Plan (LTIPP) of the Indian Navy. Whilst at NHQs, he steered several new and key developmental projects. He is well conversant with the Indian Defence Procurement Procedures and the policies and regulations governing the military procurements. During his stint at NHQs, he was also actively involved with the various R & D organizations and Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs).
Pankaj is a Master of Science in Defence Studies and a Post Graduate in Management (Operations).
