Seemanthini Venkatesh

Seema Venkatesh is the Director of Information Technology at Textron India. In her role, she is responsible for structuring IT resources, Talent Development, Infrastructure Management, Business Partnership and managing Textron's information technology supplier and outsourcing relationships. Seema is also TIPL’s Export Compliance Officer aiding Textron Business units in their effort to ensure compliance with export regulations. Additionally, she is the Chairperson of PoSH Internal Committee.
Since 2011, Seema held multiple leadership roles contributing significantly with her technical and managerial expertise. Most recently she was the Senior Manager, leading the Enterprise Web and Mobile team delivering solutions for multiple Textron Business units and functions across the enterprise, along the areas of business applications and talent management. She represented Textron India at various global forums advocating values the team brings to the enterprise.
Prior to joining Textron, Seema worked as Principal Consultant at Oracle Financial Services in Bangalore and extensively worked at Citigroup-Florida.
Seema holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from Bangalore University and is Green Belt Design Certified.
